- David Gremillion moved to Galloway in 2007. As a long term Triangle resident, he had long admired the Wake Forest area and Galloway was ideally located for family and professional reasons. David is a retired Air Force Colonel and a retired UNC Professor of Medicine with clinical and research experience in Infectious Diseases. He is past President of the Wake County Medical Society. His clinical practice is part-time with an array of administrative roles.
